Poker Sunglasses by Royal – Phil Hellmuth Article

Winner of eleven World Series of Poker bracelets, Phil Hellmuth wore our poker sunglasses at the WSOP 2008 in Vegas recently. He tried them on the 1st day of the Main Event, and loved them so much, he continued to wear our poker sunglasses for the remaining 4 days he was in the competition.

Poker great, David ‘Devilfish’ Ulliott, born 4 April 1954, hails from Hull in the United Kingdom. He is a world-renowned professional gambler and poker player who is undoubtedly one of the best British players ever. Ulliott was always well known but when he became a World Series of Poker bracelet winner, he became somewhat of a permanent fixture of televised poker. Poker tournaments vs cash games

This is often the start of a debate between different types of players. Some feel poker tournaments are the best while others prefer cash games. There can be no winner in a debate regarding this issue, because people are different and some will flourish in the tournaments while others know they should rather stick to cash games.

A few famous poker players such as, Doyle Brunson, Daniel Negreanu and Phil Ivey are able to have great success with tournaments and cash games. They are lucky to have strength in both, but most players specialize in one of the options. Read on…



Sponshorship News – Poker Sunglasses

French professional poker player David Benyamine seems to have lost the magic touch. Benyamine used to play high stakes online poker at Full Tilt Poker (FTP), using his own name, and though he is still playing on FTP, rumour has it that he is not playing as a professional any longer. Aside from playing poker on FTP, FTP also sponsored him, but sponsorship news has it that as of November 2008 this is no longer the case.

In other sponsorship news it has been said that FTP are currently working on a deal with 22-year-old Tom Dwan, better known as ‘Durr’. Dwan grew up in Edison, New Jersey but now lives in Fort Worth, Texas. He went to Boston University as an English major, but dropped out to play poker full time. Read on…
